We love all of our clients at Radiant Skin & Laser Spa LLC, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Esthetic Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again.

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING
All appointments are to be scheduled and/or cancelled online via our website. Services and packages can be purchased online as well.
NEED TO CANCEL?
We know that life sometimes gets in the way.
That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments.
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge a cancellation fee as per our cancellation policy. This fee will be 50% of your (regular) service price or we will deduct a session from your package if you have one.
*Please note - we do not receive replies to automated confirmation texts. Please contact us directly. We also ask that you confirm your appointment so that we know you will be arriving.
NO SHOW POLICY
A "No Show" is considered anyone who fails to cancel their appointment and does not show up. An appointment will be considered a No Show 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. Your appointment will also be considered a No Show if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without first contacting us.
No Shows will be charged 50% of original service fee.
This includes anyone who has packages. Service fee will be based on single session price, not package price. We may deduct a session from your package if we feel that is more reasonable than a fee.
If a card is not on file and you have a package, you will forfeit that session or sessions you have missed, and they will be deducted from your package. Please make sure to have a card on file.
If there is no card on file, and no package, we will send an invoice. Appointments will not be able to be scheduled moving forward until invoice is completed.
For this reason, a credit card is REQUIRED to be on file to book an appointment with us.
LATE POLICY
Please Be Considerate
Radiant Skin & Laser Spa takes pride in giving each client unparalleled service in a timely manner.
Every client is allotted a specific amount of time for their appointment.
If you are running late to your appointment, this will cause tardiness for all other appointments following yours.
We ask that if you are running 5-10 minutes late to give a courtesy call or text.
Clients who are late to their appointments may have their service shortened or will be asked to reschedule.
Clients that are 15+ minutes late will be considered a No Show, will be charged according to policy and appointment will need to be rescheduled.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on Products or Packages.
For this reason, we offer single sessions and samples of products.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, please contact within 5 days of your treatment.
We have the right to discontinue any service where we feel clients are being inappropriate without refund. We also have the right to terminate client relationship when deemed necessary.
CHILDREN IN THE TREATMENT ROOM
While we love children, unfortunately children are not permitted in the room while treatments are being performed. We do not have additional staff to accommodate childcare during your visit. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
